These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to your use of pimogames.com (the “Website”) and the games published by Pimo Games, including PRIZMA (the “Games”, and together with the Website, the “Services”). Please read them carefully.

  1. 1. Agreement to these Terms

    By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

    If you download a Game from Google Play or the Apple App Store, the terms of that store also apply. If you download a Game from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these Terms.

  2. 2. License to use the Games

    Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download and play our Games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Games are licensed to you, not sold.

  3. 3. Acceptable use

    When using the Services, you agree not to:

    • copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the Games or any part of them;
    • decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Games, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
    • use cheats, automation software or other unauthorized tools that alter the Games;
    • interfere with or disrupt the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them;
    • use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

  4. 4. Intellectual property

    The Services, including the Games, their code, graphics, music, sound effects, text and design, as well as the names and logos “Pimo Games” and “PRIZMA”, are owned by Pimo Games or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

  5. 5. Purchases

    Our Games are currently free to download and do not offer in-app purchases. If we introduce paid features in the future, purchases will be processed by the relevant app store under its terms, and we will update these Terms before they become available.

  6. 6. Feedback

    We love hearing from players. If you send us ideas, suggestions or other feedback, you agree that we may use them freely, without any obligation or compensation to you.

  7. 7. Changes to the Services

    We are constantly improving our Games. We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing.

  8. 8. Third-party services

    The Services may contain links to, or rely on, services provided by third parties, such as app stores. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

  9. 9. Disclaimer

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or that your locally stored progress will never be lost.

    Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that you have as a consumer and that cannot be waived or limited by contract.

  10. 10. Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pimo Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the Service in question during the twelve months before the claim arose.

    These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

  11. 11. Termination

    You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the Games and no longer visiting the Website. We may suspend or end your license to use the Services if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property, disclaimer and limitation of liability, will survive.

  12. 12. Changes to these Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above. If we make significant changes, we will make this clear on the Website or in the Game before they take effect. By continuing to use the Services after the changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

  13. 13. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

  14. 14. General

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Pimo Games regarding the Services.
